2. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

- Manufacturing defect found at the time of delivery
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

- Products with minor natural wood variations in color, grain, or texture
- Damage caused due to improper installation, water, moisture, or mishandling
- Products used, installed, or altered after delivery
- Late complaints raised after 24 hours

- Provide Order ID and product details
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
